Acid Blend - Blend of tartaric, malic & citric acids

Ascorbic Acid -  Prevents oxidation; 1 tsp / 5 gal.

Bentonite, Removes pectin haze; 4 tsp in 1/2 cup warm water,

Bocksin, Removes hydrogen sulfide smell (rotten eggs); usage 30ml per 6 gallons

Calcium Carbonate - Lowers acidity in wine.  5/8 tsp/gal to lower acidity .15%.

Citric Acid, usage varies to balance

Gelatin Finings, 1/2 tsp/ gallon,

Glycerine U.S.P. Finishing formula, to smooth out & mellow wine & liqueurs.,

Grape Tannin Power, up to 1/2 tsp/gallon.,

Isinglass, Liquid - Clarifier, keep refrigerated. Add to wine, thoroughly stir & rack after two weeks.

Malic Acid, use to balance acid in meaty fruits such as apples and pears.

Pectic Enzyme - For grapes use 3 drops per gallon.  For fruits use 10 drops per gallon.

Potassium Carbonate - Lowers acidity in wine.  1/4 tsp/gal to lower acidity .15%.

Potassium Sorbate: Stabilizer, 1/2 tsp/ gallon.

Tartaric Acid, used to acid balance grape juice

Yeast Energizer,  One tsp /gallon

Yeast Nutrient, One tsp /gallon

Wine Conditioner,  Sweetener with stabilizer; add to taste, 1-4 oz per gallon.

 Dry Pectic Enzyme

LQ Super-Kleer KC Finings 1.35 oz package is sufficient to clear a 5 or 6 gallon batch in two days.
