If you're sensitive to sulfites, a type of preservative commonly found in commercial wines, there's good news.   The wine you make at Brewmasters will contain 50-70% less sulfites than commercial brands!!  Commercial wineries add up to 200 parts per million (ppm) sulfur dioxide to their wines compared to ours that run between 30 and 70 ppm.
